EMPLOYEE
BENEFITS SUMMARY
MEDICAL INSURANCE
Following thirty days of employment, employees and their dependents
are eligible for health insurance. DSET pays 90% of the cost for
this coverage. Single coverage costs an employee $10.35 per pay
(bi-weekly). The employee/child(ren) rate is $21.82 per pay. The
employee/spouse rate is $24.17 per pay. Family coverage is $26.08
per pay. Coverage is through a PPO plan. As part of the BeechStreet
network, an in-network doctor visit for routine care is only $15.
There is an annual deductible of $100 per person with a family maximum
of $300. Reimbursement after meeting the deductible will be at 90%
if using in-network services and 70% if using out-of-network services.
In areas where a network provider is not available, reimbursement
is at 80%. DSET also provides wellness benefits up to $300 for adults
and up to $500 for children (up to age 19) annually per person.
In lieu of medical insurance coverage, you also have the option
to waive insurance coverage and receive an increase in your monthly
gross pay of $100. Proof of other medical insurance coverage is
required.

PRESCRIPTION PLAN
Employees who elect medical coverage also qualify for the Company's
prescription plan. Generic prescriptions are only $10, preferred
drugs are $15 and non-preferred drugs are only $25 through pharmacies
participating in the Express Scripts network.

DENTAL INSURANCE
Following thirty days employment, employees as well as spouse and
dependents are eligible to participate in our PPO dental plan administered
through Delta Dental. DSET contributes 80% of the premium for employee
participation. Monthly cost for employee coverage is $6.77. DSET
contributes 50% of the premium for spousal and family participation.
Monthly cost for employee plus one (spouse or child) is $20.00.
Monthly cost for employee and family coverage is $38.62. There is
100% coverage for in-network preventive care, and following a $50
annual deductible, 100% coverage for in-network or out-of-network
minor care, and 60% for in-network or out-of-network major care.
The annual maximum benefit per person is $1,000. There is also a
lifetime orthodontia benefit of $1,000 per child.

VISION CARE
DSET employees are eligible to receive direct tax-free reimbursement
from DSET for eye exams and eyeglasses / contact lenses. DSET will
reimburse up to $50.00 annually for eye exams and up to $150.00
annually for eyeglasses / contact lenses. This benefit is offered
to DSET employees only and not their dependents.

LIFE INSURANCE
Employees are covered by life insurance at two (2) times salary
with minimum coverage of $50,000.

ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT (AD&D) Employees are covered
by this insurance at two (2) times salary with minimum coverage
of $50,000.

BUSINESS TRAVELER ACCIDENT INSURANCE
When traveling on company business, employees are insured to a minimum
of $50,000 for Life or AD&D Insurance. Employees in Sales are covered
to $100,000.

SHORT TERM DISABILITY (STD)
Employees are covered by state disability insurance, where
available. In addition, the Company provides supplemental disability
based on length of service. Details are provided in the DSET Employee
handbook. Short-term disability begins on the eighth calendar day
of a consecutive illness or injury and continues through 90 days.

LONG TERM DISABILITY (LTD)
The Company provides a non-contributory income protection plan in
the event of a long-term illness or injury. This plan provides the
employee with 60% of base monthly earnings, to a maximum of $10,000
per month. Long term disability begins on the 91st day of a consecutive
illness or injury.

FLEXIBLE BENEFIT ACCOUNTS
The Company offers a flexible benefit plan that permits you to use
your pre-tax dollars to help cover non-reimbursed healthcare expenses
up to $5,000 per calendar year and dependent care expenses up to
$5,000 per calendar year. This is handled through payroll deduction.

HOLIDAYS
There are eight scheduled holidays each year as follows: New Year's
Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day,
Day after Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. The company, on an
annual basis, will determine the eighth scheduled holiday. Also,
there is an additional floating holiday. In order to be eligible
for the floating holiday in your first calendar year of employment,
employees must be hired by June 30.

PERSONAL DAYS
Employees earn up to 2 personal days per year. Employees on
board as of January 1st will earn one personal day as of January
1st. Employees will earn another personal day as of June 30th. Personal
days may be taken in half-day increments.

VACATION DAYS
In the calendar year beginning each January 1st, employees with
less than two and a half year's of service as of the start of the
current calendar year, earn one vacation day for each full calendar
month worked to a maximum of 10 days vacation, accrued at the rate
of one day for each full calendar month worked. New hires, in their
first calendar year of employment, earn one vacation day for each
full calendar month worked to a maximum of 10 days vacation, accrued
at the rate of one day for each full calendar month worked. (As
an example, a new hire that starts June 10th will earn a total of
6 vacation days (for working the full six months of July through
December).
Employees with two and a half years of service up to five years
of service, as of the start of the current calendar year, earn 12
vacation days per year, accrued at the rate of one day for each
full calendar month worked. Employees with five to ten years of
service, as of the start of the current calendar year, earn 15 days
per year, accrued at the rate of one and one half days for each
full month of service, to a maximum of 15 days. Employees with ten
or more years of service, as of the start of the current calendar
year, earn 20 days per year, accrued at the rate of two days for
each full calendar month worked. Employees promoted into a higher
vacation category will have additional days prorated from date of
the promotion. Vacation days may be taken in half-day increments.

SICK DAYS
Exempt employees will be paid for time lost due to illness, up to
the point that an employee qualifies for short term or long term
disability. Non-exempt employees qualify for up to six paid sick
days per year, accrued at the rate of one-half day for each month
of service. These days may be carried over, but there is no cash
out value to them.

401k PLAN
The DSET 401k plan allows employees to save 1% to 15% of base pay
on a pre-tax basis. You are eligible for participation the first
of the month following 90 days of employment. The company will match
60 cents for each $1.00 you contribute up to the first 5% of employee
contributions. Vesting begins on your first anniversary and the
schedule is 25% each anniversary, with 100% vesting on the fourth
anniversary. Following four consecutive years of plan eligibility,
all future contributions by DSET are immediately vested at 100%.
Employees can contribute up to $11,000 annually.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
All employees are eligible to be reimbursed for college level courses
relating to the employee's job. Reimbursement is at a maximum of
$2,500 annually to include tuition, registration, lab fees and books.
There is no individual semester cap other than the $2,500 annual
cap. Employees are also eligible to attend seminars and appropriate
training courses.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
If an employee refers a candidate who is subsequently hired, the
employee will receive an Employee Referral Reward. The award is
paid at the time of hire of the referral. If a referral is hired
into a manager-level position, account management or a technical
position, the employee will receive $2,500. If the referral is hired
into an administrative position, the employee will receive $1,000.
All employees are eligible to participate in this program with the
exception of Officers and the Human Resources Department. An employee
who refers a candidate will not be eligible for a referral reward
if the candidate is hired as a direct report.

PERMANENT RESIDENCY SPONSORSHIP
Employees on H-1 status are eligible for permanent residency sponsorship
by DSET. DSET pays the attorney's fees for this process, using a
company-designated attorney.

LEGAL SERVICES PLAN
A voluntary, employee paid legal services plan is available for
$14.95 monthly, payable through payroll deduction. The plan covers
you as well as your spouse and qualified dependent children. The
provider is Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. This benefit addresses
the expensive legal problems that you and your family can experience
from time to time. The plan provides unlimited telephone consultation
on any legal matter, and assistance with many other common legal
concerns such as: divorce and post divorce related matters, creditor
harassment, traffic tickets (including your teenagers and college
kids), defective consumer products, real estate transactions, law
suits, last will and testament, IRS tax issues and audits.

EAP (EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM)
Available to all employees, spouses and dependants and completely
paid for by the company is a voluntary, confidential employee benefit
that provides referral and short-term counseling service. This service
can help individuals handle personal concerns constructively, before
they become major issues. Call ComPsych, our EAP provider at the
toll-free number (1-800-272-7255). Phone counseling may be followed
up by a face-to-face meeting in your area with an Employee Assistance
Counselor, who may determine that your concerns can best be met
through short-term counseling (also provided by the EAP). If your
situation requires other types of treatment outside EAP, your counselor
will coordinate this with your mental health managed care provider.

CHILD / ELDER CARE REFERRAL SERVICE
A confidential and comprehensive child, elder and adult care consultation
and referral service completely paid for by the Company and administered
by Work & Family Benefits, Inc. Expert counselors do all the research
to find real solutions to a family's needs, as well as provide educational
materials. A customized referral packet is provided to individuals
within 48-72 hours of phone contact. This packet includes profiles
of available caregivers, guidebooks with specific questions, checklists,
notes, and other information specific to the employee's situation.

AFFINITY CREDIT UNION
Employees are eligible to become members of the Affinity Credit
Union. Savings and checking accounts as well as personal loans,
direct deposit and other services are available to members. Information
regarding their services may be obtained through Human Resources.

DIRECT DEPOSIT
Direct deposit is available through banking institutions. To elect
direct deposit of wages, complete the appropriate form in the orientation

DISCOUNT TICKETS AND MEMBERSHIPS
Discount tickets are available for Great Adventure, Broadway theaters,
and other assorted attractions. Check the bulletin boards in the
employee cafeteria for more information and brochures or contact
Human Resources. Employees can also purchase discounted memberships
at COSTCO, BJ's and Sam's Club. See Human Resources for membership
forms.

SPECIAL EVENTS
Special events such as company picnics, a holiday party, and various
Company-sponsored activities are held periodically to recognize
commitment and effort and to provide an opportunity for recreation
and teamwork. Employees are encouraged to participate in these activities,
and where possible, to include their family.
