Whatever Cloud model you choose, DSET will own, support and maintain all the applications current to the Industry standards.  Your company will have full access to each of the applications via API’s, GUI or bulk upload utilities with guaranteed Service Level Agreements. DSET personnel will provide all manual order handling and input of data back into DSET applications.

• Transaction Model: Customers can subscribe to certain services under the contract with guaranteed SLAs based on a variable cost model (price per order) and DSET personnel will carry out all manual order handling and exception management. Exception management covers orders lost in LEC systems. DSET will open a trouble ticket and track all orders through completion.
• Managed Service Bureau Model: Customers can subscribe to certain services under the contract with guaranteed SLAs based on a variable cost model (price per order). DSET personnel will handle all manual order handling and fall-out management and help you manage the SLAs with your trading partners. Fall-out management covers orders that have errors in them. If an order has errors, then DSET personnel will open the orders and determine what is causing errors and supplement the order.
