Products
DSET product suite can be purchased in sets of modules or as a fully integrated suite with full service APIs. DSET offers products under three (3) different arrangements:
- License: Each of the individual modules or suite of modules can be purchased as a license. If you purchase any DSET product, then you would pay the upfront capital expense and ongoing maintenance and change management charges.
- Subscription License/Lease: For customers who send a large volume of orders and have no CAPEX budget and want to do porting at a fixed & predictable cost then DSET's ezLease is the best option. Each of the individual modules or suite of modules can be leased on a fixed monthly cost. Ongoing maintenance and change management charges are included in the fixed monthly fee.
- Hosted License or lease: A hosted offer is similar to the license & lease offering except DSET will provide the resources, processes and infrastructure including hardware, databases, connectivity to trading partners, IT support staff to install updates.
Notes:
- Maintenance covers help desk costs and any bug fixes as well as anything that affects the performance of the applications
- Change management covers Industry driven changes including any and all LEC specific rules changes. These are commonly known as Point Releases.
- Customers are required to provide their own resources, processes and infrastructure including hardware, databases, connectivity to trading partners, IT support staff
- Resources to handle all manual order processes and fall-out
