DSET has a fully staffed professional services organization that uses a proven methodology which assists customers in testing and deploying any and all DSET applications and custom application development. DSET PSO Organization will use industry best practices in SDLC  including:

• Requirements gathering
• Architecture design and documentation
• Application development
• Certification end-to-end testing
• Training and production implementation
• Performance monitoring  and support

DSET offers Professional Services under two (2) different business models:

• Fixed Price Model: DSET will provide a written statement of work and project plan based on customer business requirements with a deliverable Business requirements document executed before starting work. Project cost will be based on a fixed cost irrespective of level of effort (LOE) to deliver project to success
• Time & Material Pricing Model: DSET will provide a written statement of work and project plan based on customer business requirements with a deliverable Business requirements document executed before starting work. Project cost will be based on a time & materials cost  to deliver project to success
