DSET’s Telecom Service Delivery (TSD) group will become an extension of your organization to assist & manage both Simple & Complex Order Processing to help you increase efficiencies through DSET applications or your applications in either a cloud based service or in your internal network.

DSET Engineers have an average tenure of 10 years and will utilize our expertise in workflow automation to integrate customer specific processes to their systems to gain efficiencies by processing more orders in less time. We will utilize our Business Process Intelligence Engine (BPIE) to build intelligence into your systems to more effectively manage and run your business.  DSET can also provide augmentation resources to your internal Customer’s Service Delivery team to perform all back office operations utilizing Customer Applications as well as DSET Products.

DSET offers Telecom Service Delivery  under three (3) different business models:

  • Fixed Price Model: DSET will provide a written statement of work and project plan to suit to customer business requirements based on a fixed cost per order.
  • Resource Model: DSET can provide either onshore or offshore resources to augment efforts your team cannot handle at a fixed monthly cost
  • Cost & Mark-Up Model: DSET understands the constraints associated with a long term large scale project. To better help you manage the costs of these projects DSET will show you the true costs incurred by DSET to deliver services and add a reasonable & customary mark-up to determine fees
