ezAccess

DSET’s ezAccess (ASR) provides an integrated solution for ordering access from multiple trading partners. Through a single web-portal, ezAccess helps service providers expedite customer provisioning or network capacity expansion through an "e-bonding" process using industry-accepted standards. ezAccess eliminates the need for one-to-one interfaces across trading partners to help lower operating and administrative costs.

To increase network capacity by leasing facilities, provide special access to end users, or to allow CLECs/ILECs to order facilities, a CLEC/facility provider must interconnect with a trading partner to send and receive an access service request (ASR).

DSET’s ezAccess gateway automatically generate the necessary forms and provide an economical and faster alternative to exchanging ASR data via fax or e-mail. The ASR process operates under strict industry sunrise and sunset dates. DSET is committed to maintaining conformance of ezAccess with the latest ASOG standards and industry-specified cutover dates.

ezAccess Gateway allows Service Providers to communicate with the trading Partners by validating Orders against OBF ASOG business rules;  order switch-switch trunking including those trunks used to aggregate lower-bandwidth circuits.; ordering special access, including provisioning high-bandwidth services directly to customers; logs service center messages, gateway operations, and troubleshooting messages and provides a log of all transactions between the access customer and the access provider. Also ezAccess operates in both Outbound and Inbound modes.
