ezLocal (LSR) automates the process when a service provider interfaces with an incumbent local exchange carrier (ILEC) to set up services for their customers. In addition to reducing change management expenses, operational efficiencies are realized, as provisioning personnel are able to submit and manage all LSR orders to all ILECs through a single automated interface. ezLocal Gateway Application is used to create Local Service Requests (LSR) to send to ILEC/CLECs and also to process incoming LSRs from Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) to order local telephone service, loop services, cable pairs, dial tone, private-line and frame-relay services for your customers. Also ezLocal operates in Outbound and Inbound modes.

DSET ezLocal has rich webservices APIs and web-portal to support multipleLSOG Version ( i.e. support of LSOG 6, 9 & 10 ) through a single GUI for Multiple Trading Partners. ezLocal has a user Work list to track user activities for different order types like NP, DL, LS, LSNP, RS, PS, with in-built upfront validation of LSRs and capability to correct/validate the orders as per the standards.
