RequestFlow a bi-directional gateway is built to the Canadian Telecom market based on Canadian Local Ordering Guidelines (CLOG) to create Local Service Requests (LSR’s) to send to ILEC/CLECs and also to process incoming LSRs from Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) to order local telephone service, loop services, cable pairs, dial tone, private-line and frame-relay services for your customers.
RequestFlow has a user Work list to track user activities for different order with in-built upfront validation of LSRs and capability to correct/validate the orders as per the CLOG standards. The gateway gives you capabilities to manage the process, review the status of orders received with Enhanced reporting tools to more effectively manage your business with many trading partners in one application.
