ezCNAM/ezLIDB

Telephony services comprises of many componets such as Calling Name (CNAM) and Line Information Databsaes (LIDB).  After completion of the port, the new service provider (NSP) must update Calling Name (CNAM) and Line Information Databsaes (LIDB) with the new information. The LIDB database contains information relating to the calling card, security code, and third-party billing. The database also contains information about Caller ID, which is called Calling Name (CNAM) information.

ezCNAM and ezLIDB gateway provides a browser-based web-portal through which you enter CNAM or LIDB orders. The gateway formats the data for transmission to the respective trading partner's as per their specifications.

DSET’s ezCNAM/ezLIDB gateways provides an interface update LIDB and CNAM databases maintained by third party vendors such as TNSI, Syniverse, etc..

ezCNAM/ezLIDB gateways can also be integrated with the customer’s  OSS through APIs.
