PicWarePro is designed for Canadian market Access Providers (AP) to perform PIC/CARE functions. PicWare Pro enables the AP to provide Access Carriers (AC) with Equal Ease of Access (EEA) subscription to provide long distance services to end customers. PicWare Pro enables your company to perform PIC/CARE functions by sending to, receiving from, and processing transactions from multiple trading partners.

PicWarePro enables the Access Provider to activate one or more end-user telephone lines for long distance to the AC; to disconnect one or more end-user telephone lines for long distance to the AC; to reconcile AC long distance selections for end-user telephone lines; to confirm manual provisioning of orders for systems where no automatic provisioning exists or for orders where automated provisioning has failed;  to resolve disputes and make corrections to long distance service orders by reversing the transaction back to the losing AC; to verify a trading partner’s request to verify eligible WTNs associated with an end customer’s BTN; to process a PIC change due to a trading partner acquiring the customer base of another trading partner through a merger or acquisition.
