Preorder transactions are used to pre-qualify the subscriber information before an actual order is created. This verification step reduces the number of errors involved in the order process.
ezViewCSR
ezViewCSR gateway provides CSR and Address information over a secure ‘https’ web-based access to multiple trading partners (TP). The data in the database can be segregated on a customer level (TP) with secure access to only the requested customer information with specific Rules that can be established for CSR and DLI with extensible to provide other information (including Loop qualification, etc) and “Zero Touch Orchestration”.
ezViewCSR is based on a list of standard transactions developed by the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). ezViewCSR is designed to provide the transaction and usage reports for each customer.
