ezWinCSR gives you the ability to begin the order process with correct customer information first time, every time.
ezWinCSR gateway automates the preorder transactions, reducing the amount of time required to create and fulfill an order and reducing the likelihood of errors that could cause an order to be rejected. With an API to the order gateway (LSR) the customer records can be used to accurately autogenerate an order in the LSR gateway with a mininum of keystrokes. As a result, overhead costs are reduced and customer satisfaction is increased.
ezWinCSR is based on a list of standard transactions developed by the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). Most of these transactions are supported by the incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs). In addition to this base list, the ILECs frequently have special, non-standard transactions. ezWinCSR is designed to provide each ILEC with the information it needs for a particular preorder transaction.
