The SP Platform automates CSR,  LSR/NP,  LSR/DL, LSOA/NPAC, E911, CNAM and LIDB processes with a proprietary Provisioning Business Intelligence Engine (PBIE) via ONE interface to multiple trading partners. The  platform  allows  subscribers  and  agents  to  submit new orders, change existing orders and check order status using a point and click portal.  The full description of the different portals is:

Port Manager - Port-In Portal:

The DSET Port Manager has an integrated workflow engine that automates your entire LNP processes with a minimum of keystrokes entered (in many cases it is just the telephone number), and your customer service reps only get involved to handle fallout and manual order handling.

  • Captures Port Order from End User
  • Performs an implicit SPID Look-up to identify the Old Service Provider (OSP)
  • Generates a worklists to submit port requests to the OSP
  • Upon confirmation from the OSP; SPP generates a worklist to submit SV Create request to NPAC
  • Upon concurrence from the OSP on or before due date the SPP generates a worklists to submit SV Activate request to NPAC
  • Upon activation, SPP generates a worklist to update 911, CNAM and LIDB databases

DL Manager - Directory Listing Portal:

The DL Manager allows your customers to input their own directory listings, make changes to their directory listings and approve their own directory listings without ever having to touch your customer service rep except to handle fallout management.

  • Captures Directory Listings (DL) information from the End User
  • Preview listing before submission
  • Performs a Directory Listing Inquiry (DLI) from the Directory Publisher
  • Generates a Worklist to submit DL Request to the Publisher
  • Upon confirmation from the Publisher; SPP updates the local database and sends the information to the End User

Port Out Manager - Port-Out Portal:

The DSET port-out module allows you to automate the entire Port-out process with zero touch orchestration and fully meats the FCC mandates for 24 hour porting.

  • Captures PortOut Order from the OSP
  • Provides Customer Service Information (CSI)
  • Generates a Worklist to process requests and submit confirmation (FOC) or Reject
  • Upon receipt of SV Create notification from NPAC; SPP generates a Worklist to submit concurrence to NPAC
  • Upon activation by New Service Provider (NSP), SPP generates a Worklist to delete 911, CNAM and Directory Listings Databases.
