DSET Alliance Program
Companies will offer comprehensive
solutions and services for competitive telecom providers
Bridgewater, NJ - October 30 - (Nasdaq: DSET) - DSET Corporation
and Fathom Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm focused on the
telecommunications industry, have signed an agreement under
which Fathom will offer systems integration services to competitive
telecom providers. DSET is a leading supplier of software
solutions that enable competitive carriers to build a Trading
Partner Network that automates the interconnection with other
providers essential for turning on and maintaining services
for customers.
As a DSET alliance partner, Fathom will build Trading Partner
Networks for clients using DSET software solutions. Services
to be provided by Fathom include general program management,
installation and testing of DSET software, integration of
DSET solutions with a client's order management system (OMS),
and testing of the interfaces with the client's trading partners.
Fathom can also offer DSET clients services such as evaluating
the overall efficiency of key technical and business processes
in areas other than electronic bonding with trading partners.
Fathom's experience in enhancing business operations and delivering
telecom software solutions will help to cost-effectively expedite
DSET customers' time-to-market objectives with the DSET family
of solutions for automating essential sales, pre-order, order,
and post-order functions. DSET solutions offer support for
obtaining customer service records from trading partners,
ordering local loops and high-capacity circuits, supporting
E911 changes, calling-card and caller ID services, selecting
long-distance providers, local number portability, and trouble-ticket
administration.
