DSET Appoints Jeff Gill As Vice President
of Professional Services
Bridgewater, NJ - July 24, 2000 - (Nasdaq: DSET) - DSET Corporation,
a leading supplier of business-to-business e-commerce connectivity
solutions for the telecom industry, announced today that Jeffrey
S. Gill has assumed the position of vice president of professional
services, reporting to the company's president and chief executive
officer.
Mr. Gill was previously the vice president of a strategic
business unit at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young that provided
systems integration services to telecommunications providers
and network equipment suppliers. Mr. Gill has also been a
program manager and program director at Beechwood Data Systems
and at Cap Gemini prior to their integration with Ernst &
Young.
"Jeff's experience in profitably managing large teams
of engineers and program managers for implementing complex
software systems at a major CLEC is relevant and critical
to our continued success," said Bill McHale, DSET's president
and chief executive officer. "Our strategy is to build
teams of DSET employees to provide training, installation
and configuration, testing, and program management for 50%
of our expanding customer base. Jeff will also be working
closely with our systems integration partners to ensure that
they train teams of their people to perform the same services,
and more, for the other 50% of our customers."

either through DSET's teams, our systems integrator partners,
