Lucent Technologies to Integrate DSET Number Portability Solution with its New Service Management System for Service Provider Networks

Bridgewater, NJ - February 15, 2000 - (NASDAQ: DSET) - DSET Corporation, a leading supplier of business-to-business e-commerce solutions for the telecom industry, announced today that Lucent Technologies will integrate DSET's Local Service Management System (LSMS) with the Lucent Enhanced Services Manager (eSM), a software product that provides carriers with support for intelligent networks and enhanced services. The DSET LSMS helps customers in the United States and Canada to keep their local telephone numbers when they switch their phone service to another carrier.
