Program Management
When you purchase a DSET software solution, you'll work with one
of our highly experienced Program Managers who will be your single
post-sales point of contact. The Program Manager has overall responsibility
for the implementation of DSET products, as well as for the successful
completion of inter-operability testing.
More specifically, the Program Manager is responsible for program
planning and monitoring. Program planning includes:
- Defining work requirements, which encompasses
all of the tasks that must be accomplished by the customer
as well as DSET to install, test, or configure our products
- Defining the necessary DSET and customer resources
- Developing and maintaining project schedules
- Developing and maintaining risk and dependency
matrixes
- Providing a list of third-party software to be
acquired and installed by the customer prior to the installation
of DSET products
Program monitoring includes:
- Tracking progress against the project plan and
milestones
- Identifying and analyzing problems and issues
impacting the project plan
- Assisting with the satisfactory resolution of
issues related to DSET products
- Preparing weekly project status reports as appropriate
- Conducting monthly program reviews with customers
as appropriate.
