DSET's Professional Services
As a complement to our gateway solutions, DSET
offers a full line of services that can move your company forward
quickly and cost-effectively. When it comes to building your Trading
Partner Network, we are ready to assist with program management,
implementation, and training. Of course, we are always available
to provide the technical support needed to maximize the productive
use of our solutions.
Program Management
When you purchase a DSET software solution,
you'll work with one of our highly experienced Program Managers
who will be your single post-sales point of contact. The Program
Manager has overall responsibility for the implementation of DSET
products, as well as for the successful completion of interoperability
testing.
Trial Services
Trials can be held
before full deployment of DSET products. This allows the
potential DSET customer or partner access to network design, configuration,
and field testing of DSET solutions.
Implementation / Integration
Implementation is the actual installation,
configuration, and inter-operability testing of your DSET products.
The expert Field Engineers assigned to your project will carry out
all of the technical tasks for which DSET is responsible. DSET also
provides services to integrate its software into existing OSS solutions.
Training
DSET will provide training for each of
the products you have purchased as specified in your contract and
project schedule. However, we also offer a comprehensive general
program of courses built on our preeminence in the field of telecommunications
software.
Technical Support
DSET is committed to providing the highest
level of support for the many competitive telecom carriers who have
deployed our electronic-bonding solutions as an integral part of
their operations support environment.
