DSET will provide training for each of the products you have purchased as specified in your contract and project schedule. However, we also offer a comprehensive general program of courses built on our preeminence in the field of telecommunications software. You can share this unmatched experience through an expanding slate of DSET courses that provide overviews of key telecom technologies or hands-on training with specific end-user applications. Or you may want to take the courses we've developed to help competitive service providers implement our electronic-bonding applications. But whatever the course, the goal of the DSET Training Group is to equip students with practical knowledge essential for working with current and emerging technologies in real-world production environments.

Our location or yours

You can take DSET courses at our Norcross Georgia office. We can also arrange to deliver courses at a client organization's location.

Offering both Windows NT and Solaris environments, our training facilities allow students to actually work with a wide range of software solutions. Our focus is hands-on training for real-world challenges.

In general, our courses run from one to five days. However, we do recommend course sequences based on the level of students' knowledge at the start of a course and the status of their related projects at work. Again, our most important goal is to give students knowledge they can actually use at a pace that enables them to apply classroom instruction as effectively as possible on the job.


We're flexible

Although many DSET courses are given on a regular schedule, courses can also be scheduled at a client organization's request. What's more, our flexibility in meeting your training needs goes beyond scheduling. DSET training experts are available to work with you to customize one of our standard courses to accommodate your requirements or to develop an entirely new course specifically tailored to your needs.

We're also sensitive to the costs associated with making sure an organization's employees gain the knowledge and skills necessary for their employer's success as well as for individual achievement. We can address financial constraints by arranging for several groups to participate in a course, or it may be possible to develop a course that has broad general appeal while, at the same time, meeting a particular client's requirements.
